- Manually input the request into his Air Table database.
- Browse contractor directories to identify the right professional for the job.
- Reach out to the selected contractor to obtain a quote.
- Approve the repair.
- Notify the tenant about the scheduled repair date.
Solution:
With the introduction of our system:
- Each rental property was equipped with a specialized chatbot, infused with comprehensive property and contract details. This enables instant responses to tenant queries, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
- If a repair is needed, the chatbot captures the details and instantly generates a repair support ticket within Air Table.
- Through a combination of Air Table workflows and the OpenAI API, the system intelligently selects the best-suited contractor.
- A repair request draft is then automatically created for the contractor.
- Our client can swiftly review the AI-crafted repair request. With a single click, the request is relayed to the contractor via the Twilio SMS API.
- Once the contractor verifies the repair job, an auto-generated message is dispatched to the tenant, confirming the repair details.
Outcome
Post-integration of our system, our client’s involvement was significantly reduced to merely overseeing the AI-driven responses and making occasional adjustments. This streamlined approach slashed their operational workload by a substantial 30%.

While working in the MarTech team of a UK-based B2B marketing agency, I served clients across multiple time zones, from EMEA to AMER and APAC.
